EDL-Gen Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the Year 2017
EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the year 2017 at the convention hall of the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on April 6th, 2018.
The meeting was chaired and implemented by Dr. Khammany Inthirath, Minister of Energy and Mines, Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen; with the attendance of Mr. Boun Oum Syvanpheng, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, Managing Director of EDL and also the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests.
The main purpose for the meeting was to report the business growth of EDL-GEN of the year 2017, to adopt implementation business plan as well as strategic plan for the year 2018 to the shareholders.
