Meetings, presentations and investor events of EDL-Gen
EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the year 2018 at the convention hall of the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on April 9th, 2019. The meeting was chaired and implemented by Mr. Boun Oum Syvanpheng, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, and Managing Director of EDL with the attendance of the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests. The main purpose for the meeting was to report the business growth of EDL-GEN of the year 2018, to adopt implementation business plan as well as strategic plan for the year 2019 to the shareholders.
