EDL-GEN ANNUAL GENERAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING FOR THE YEAR 2016
EDL-Generation Public Company organized the Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting for the year 2016 at the convention hall of the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos in Vientiane on April 6th, 2016.
The meeting was chaired and implemented by Mr. Boun Oum Syvanpheng, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen and also a Managing Director of Electricité Du Laos; with the attendance of Mrs. Rattana Prathoumvan, Managing Director of EDL-Gen, and also the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests.
The main purpose for the meeting was to report the business growth of EDL-GEN of the year 2016, to adopt implementation business plan as well as strategic plan for the year 2017 for the shareholders.
