EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025 on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at the 1st Floor Conference Room, Head Office of Electricité du Laos, Vientiane Capital.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Akhomdeth Vongsay, Vice Chairman of EDL-Gen, together with, members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Souksavart Sosouphanh, Managing Directors of EDL-Gen and representatives from relevant stakeholders.
Shareholders attended the meeting through two formats:
• In-person attendance
• Online participation
Key Agenda Items (9 Items):
1. To consider and approve the Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2024.
2. To consider and approve the Company’s business performance report for the year 2025 including the Company’s financial statements for the year 2025.
3. To consider and approve the Company’s 2026 business plan.
4. To consider and approve the dividend payment from the business performance for the year 2025
5. To consider and approve the non-payment dividend for the first six-month.
6. To consider and approve the appointment of one (1) member of the Board of Directors, who has completed his term of office.
7. To consider and approve the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
8. To consider and approve the Amendment of the Company's Articles of Association, (16th Amendment).
9. (Additional Agenda). To consider and approve the capital raising plan through bond issuances in the offshore market
All resolutions were unanimously approved.
