On November 15, 2025, representatives from EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) participated in granting funds to support a community development project at Ban Phouchang, Xiengnguen District, Luang Prabang Province.
Phouchang Village is one of the resettlement villages of the Nam Khan 2 Hydropower Project. The purpose of this fund grant is to support the repair of the village’s water supply system, which is a critical factor for the livelihood of the people
- EDL-Gen Representatives: Led by Mr. Siliphom Sengonkeo, Deputy Managing Director (COO).
- Dam Representatives: Mr. SomChai SiChanthalath, Director of Nam Khan 2-3 Hydropower Plant.
- Total Fund Support Value: 74,800,000 Kip.

This support for water supply system repairs reaffirms EDL-Gen’s commitment to ensuring that communities have solid infrastructure, especially access to clean water, which is fundamental to health and better living conditions for the people in our resettlement villages.
