On August 4, 2025, representatives from the 3 mass organizations of EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen), together with the China 1628 Disaster Relief Team, brought essential supplies to deliver to flood-affected residents in Don Village, Haddokkaew Village, and Hadkanxa Village, Hadxaifong District, Vientiane Capital.

The relief items provided on this occasion included dried food, canned fish, rice, drinking water, and clothing, which were properly packed into bags for distribution to over 100 families affected by the natural disaster in the past week. These relief materials are valued at approximately 10 million kip, which came from donations mobilized by the Party Committee-Leadership Committee, the 3 mass organizations, and employees from the headquarters, subsidiary companies, and affiliated companies of EDL-Gen.
