Representing the Ministry of Energy and Mines, international organizations and the EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) jointly organized a dissemination and training activity on “the Houay Lamphan Ngai Hydropower Project Emergency Action Plan Exercise” at the conference room of the Lamam District Office, Sekong Province on April 29-30, 2025.
The Houay Lamphan Ngai Hydropower Project Emergency Action Plan Exercise is an activity to listen to the dissemination of Houay Lamphan Ngai Hydropower Project Emergency Action Plan Exercise to create understanding for village, district, provincial and central authorities in preparing for emergency response
