EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) successfully organized two Debenture Shareholders’ Meetings in Thailand, on December 24, 2024 and January 7, 2025.

The meetings aimed to consider and approve the amendment of the Conditions in relation to the maintenance of the financial ratio of EDL-Gen. Both meetings were conducted smoothly and achieved the expected outcomes

The meeting was held at the Anantara Hotel in Bangkok and co-chaired by Mr. Soulivath Souvannachoumkham, Chairman of The Board of Directors, of EDL-Gen, with EDL-Gen’s Board members and more than 200 bondholders in attendance.
