According to the notification of the important resolution of the Board of Directors of EDL-Generation Public Company or EDL-Gen, regarding the appointment of Mr. Daovieng Sounantharath as a new Acting Managing Director and Director of Board of Director to replacement of the former Managing Director who was retired and the new Director shall serve the term of no more than two (2) years from the date of the Shareholder’s meeting on wards.

The handing over ceremony between Mr. Daovieng Sounantharath as a new Acting Managing Director and Mr. Vongsukoun Yingyong, the former Managing Director of EDL-Gen who has reached his retirement age, was held on October 28, 2024 at the EDL-Gen ’s headquarter, 7^th floor of Électricité du Laos’s Building, Thongkang Village, Sisatanak District, Vientiane.
