On 7 December 2023, EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) has participated in “Lao Securities Exchange Disclosure Award and Corporate Governance Award Ceremony 2023” at Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) conference room.

In 2023, EDL-Gen has received an outstanding award under category “Compliment Award for Outstanding Disclosure Type 1” and “Compliment Award for Outstanding Corporate Governance Type 2” with the present of Mr. Daovieng Sounanthalath, Deputy Managing Director to accept the award on behalf of EDL-Gen.

This year’s award ceremony is to evaluate and acknowledge the disclosure performance of the companies listed in the LSX for the year 2023, where companies responsible for the frequent disclosure of information regarding their related works to investor and the public. The awarding ceremony is also aim to encourage listed companies to report and disclose information on a regular basis to build confidence for both domestic and foreign investors.
