EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting No.1/2023 at Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on January 30, 2023.

The meeting was chaired and implemented by Mr Chanthaboun Soukaloun, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, Managing Director of EDL, with the attendance of the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests.

The main purpose for the meeting was to consider and adopt the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2022, as well as to consider and approve the capital raising plan through debenture issuances and/or borrowings from financial institutions.
