Annual General Meeting Shareholders for the Year 2021

EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) hold an Annual General Meeting Shareholders for the Year 2021 on April 27, 2022 at Électricité du Laos (EDL)’s headquarter, Thongkang village, Sisattanak district, Vientiane Capital.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chanthaboun Soukaloun, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen with the attendance of the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests.

To avoid the numbers of people attending the meeting and prevent COVID 19, the host arranged the meeting in face to face and through online system

For the meeting’s agendas of Annual General Meeting Shareholders for the Year 2021 consisted of:

1. To consider and adopt the appointment of new directors of the Board of Directors in replacement of directors whose term is completed and who was assigned to a new position, and the re-appointment of directors,
2. To consider and adopt the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2020,
3. To consider and approve the dividend payment from the Company’s 2021 business performance, the determination of the closing date of shareholders register book to determine the right to receive dividend, and the dividend payment date and other totally seven agendas.
