The Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting No.1/2021

EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting No.1/2021 at the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on 3 March 2021.

The meeting was chaired by Mr Chanthaboun SOUKALOUN, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, Managing Director of EDL with the attendance of the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests. The two agendas of the meeting included:

1. To consider and adopt the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Shareholder’ Meeting No.1/2020
2. To consider and approve the capital raising plan through debenture issuances and/or borrowings from financial institutions.
