THPC and EDL-Gen jointly host a charity golf event.

The Theun-Hinboun Power Company and EDL-Generation Public Company jointly hosted a charity golf competition, which took place on 23 January 2021 at Lao Country Club (KM 14), Hadxayfong district, Vientiane capital.

The competition aimed at raise fund to improve infrastructure for children in a remote area.

The due date and the targeted school that the organizers will announce again.

The raising fund of the charity golf tournament was attended by Dr. Khammany Inthirath Minister of Energy and Mine, The General Manager of THPC Mr. Robert Allent, Deputy Managing Director of EDL-GEN (CBDO) Mr. Thongphet Douangngeun an along with senior officials from other ministries and organizations.

This year unlikely the previous year, the organizer emphasized on prevention of COVID 19 by keeping social distance measures, There were no party as well as a ceremony to hand over cubs. However, the prizes will be announced and allocated to the winners later.
