EDL-Gen Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the Year 2019

EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the year 2019 at the convention hall of the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on May 29th, 2020.

The meeting was chaired and implemented by Dr. Khammany Inthilath, Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, Minister of Energy and Mines, with the attendance of the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests. The main purpose for the meeting was to report the business growth of EDL-GEN of the year 2019, to adopt implementation business plan as well as strategic plan for the year 2020 to the shareholders.
