EDL-Gen Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the Year 2018

EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the year 2018at the convention hall of the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on April 9^th, 2019.

The meeting was chaired and implemented byMr. Boun Oum Syvanpheng, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, and Managing Director of EDL with the attendance of the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests. The main purpose for the meeting was to report the business growth of EDL-GEN of the year 2018, to adopt implementation business plan as well as strategic plan for the year 2019 to the shareholders.
