EDL-Gen’s Closing Ceremony of THB Debenture Issuance 2018-2019

On 7^thMarch 2019 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, EDL-Gen had arranged the Closing Ceremony of THB 17.500 million Debenture Issuance 2018-2019 in Thailand.  Those achievements represented for reliable company which assembles international investors to trustworthy co-operate for expanding EDL-Gen’s business scale, it was called un secured bond which wasn’t undertaken by government—the reason is to decrease burden for the government.

This ceremony had been led by Dr. Khammany Inthirath, Minister of Ministry of Energy and Mines and Chairman of EDL-Gen, and be participated witnesses by Executive Director of related organization and media in this glory ceremony. In addition, this celebration has represented four awards such as The Asset Triple A Country Awards 2018 for the Best Corporate Bond for EDL-Generation’s 13.66 billion baht bond, FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2018 for the Best Laos Deal from EDL-Gen’s 13.7 billion baht ($410 million) multi-tranche bond, ThaiBMA Award 2018 for Distinguished Issuer Awardand Best Deal & Solution Awards 2018 for Best Foreign Currency Sovereign Bond Deal In Southeast Asia 2018.
