The opening ceremony of E&E Engineering and Service Company Limited

On 11^th January 2019, the opening ceremony of E&E Engineering and Service Company Limited had been officially established at Lao Plaza Hotel. By two shareholders between EDL-Gen Operation and Maintenance Service Sole Company Limited (EDL-Gen O&M) and EGCO Engineering and Service Company Limited (ESCO). Therefore, E&E Engineering and Service Company Limited has been established and entered in the commercial register in Lao PDR on 15^th November 2018. The purpose in establishing this company was to provide operation and maintenance for Nam Thuen 1 HPP, installing capacity of 650 MW and will be completed in 2022. Moreover, there will be services for Hydro Power Plants, electrical factories and industries in Lao PDR such as:

• Maintenance in medium to large scale of the capacity
• Engineering and construction
• Long term operation, maintenance and technical training contract

In the ceremony honorably participated by Dr. Daovong Phonekeo, Head of Minister’s office, Ministry of Energy and Mines, Lt. Chatsavane Sakhonesin, Charge d’affaires, Acting Ambassador, Thai Embassy in Lao PDR, Mr. Rattana Prathoumvan, CEO of EDL-Gen, Mr. Phoummy Nethibandith, CEO of EDL-Gen O&M, along with Departments Directors, Board of Directors, Executive Directors, related partly Executive Directors and all honorably assembly for being witness in this fundamental ceremony.
