Nam Ngum 1 (NNG-1) and Nam Ngum 2 (NNG-2) hydro power plant had organized the conference for consultation and administration of water in Nam Ngum reservoir

On 1^st August 2018, NNG-1 HPP, one of the HPPs accommodated in EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen), was hosting the conference for consultation and administration of water in Nam Ngum reservoir—NNG-1 and NNG-2 due to rainy season of 2018.

Also, the proposal has been set up for 2019, at NGG1 HPP’s conference room, Keooudom district, Vientiane province. Mr. Phetsavanh Rattanathongxay, Deputy Head Office of the Ministry of Energy and Mines, had been the president during the conference. The purpose was to evaluate and inform about water’s administrating of these two HPPs during first seven months and operation’s plan during last five months of the year 2018. For participants beyond these two HPPs’ executive directors and officers, there were some behalves from Department of the Ministry of Energy and Mines. The representative of EDL-Gen’s headquarter led by Mr. Phoummy Nethibandith, Deputy Managing Director, and simultaneous servants from involved division.
