EDL-Gen’s HPPs cerebrate the National Aquatic Animal and Wildlife Conservation Day

Hydropower Plants (HPP) owned by EDL-Generation Public Company held a ceremony to release fingerlings to celebrate the National Aquatic Animal and Wildlife Conservation Day, which falls on July 13, 2018.

Xeset 3 HPP released 10,000 small fish to its downstream while Huaylamphan Yai HPP released over 900 fingerlings to the conservation pond of Xekong province. Namkhan 2 HPP released 35,000 small fish to its reservoir while Nam Ngum-1 HPP handed over 14,000 fingerlings to military office of Viengkham District as well as Khamxang village, Keo-Oudom district, Vientiane province on this occasion.
