EDL-Gen Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the Year 2017

EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting for the year 2017 at the convention hall of the Headquarter of Electricité Du Laos (EDL) in Vientiane on April 6^th, 2018.

The meeting was chaired and implemented by Dr. Khammany Inthirath, Minister of Energy and Mines, Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen; with the attendance of Mr. Boun Oum Syvanpheng, Vice Chairman of Board of Directors of EDL-Gen, Managing Director of EDL and also the EDL-Gen’s Board of Directors, shareholders and invited guests.

The main purpose for the meeting was to report the business growth of EDL-GEN of the year 2017, to adopt implementation business plan as well as strategic plan for the year 2018 to the shareholders.
