Guests visited Huay Lam Phun Gnai HPP

Officials from Ministry of Energy and Mines and World Bank visited Houay Lam Phun Gnai Hydro Power Plant at Thah Teng District, Xekong Province. The purpose of the visiting was to study and learn about social and environmental work of this HPP as well as study visit to other HPP in southern parts of Laos.
