EDL-Gen’s staffs attend training for Basic Hydro Power Plant

EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) held a training course titled “Basic Hydro Power Plant” for its 30 staffs, who work for maintenance and operation at Nam Ngum 1 Hydropower Plant from April 24-28, 2017. Ms Rattana Prathoumvan, Managing Director of EDL-Gen chaired the opening of the training.
To develop and expand business for the future plans and follow its initiative mission, EDL-Gen strongly focuses on human resource development and abilities of its staffs.
the experienced technicians from Thailand were invited to give the lessons and exchanges the experiences between trainers and trainees to follow the annual plan of 2017 on training course between Electricité du Laos and Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand on technical hydropower plant projects, The trainees can take the lessons to practices in their workplaces for both quality and quantity.
