EDL-Gen Signs Developing and Operation Project Agreement

Ms Rattana Prathoumvan, Managing Director of EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) and Mr Khamsone Sounsavath, deputy head of Planning and Investment Department of Vientiane province, signed Developing and Operation Agreement on March 29, 2017 in Vientiane capital.

According to the agreement by the Governor of Vientiane province, who allows EDL-Gen to sign Developing and Operation Agreement for Namsana Hydropower Plant (14 MW), which is located at Nasou Village, Kasi district, Vientiane province. No 168/VTE, dated 15/3/2017.

Attending the signing agreement ceremony were Mr Bounsone Phetlavanh, Vice Governor of Vientiane province, Mr Khamsod Phetlavan, Chief of Kasi District, local authority of Vientiane province, board of director of EDL-Gen and inviting guests.
