Therefore, Nam Dik 1 Hydro Power Company Limited was created in September 2016, shared by EDL-GEN (70%). Nam Dik1 hydropower project located in Xamtai District, Houaphanh Province, with an installed capacity of 15 MW, and the Project cost of USD 42.9 Million.
