EDL-Gen Signed Nam Dik 1 Hydro Power Project Framework Agreement

On 6^th Sep 2016 at EDL Head Quarter, There was the Nam Dik 1 Hydro Power Project Agreement Signing Ceremony between EDL Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen), National Consulting Group (NCG) {Owner} and AVIC International Holding Corporation (Contractor), the agreement concluded as: (1) The Aims of the project owner is aimed to the contractors to work on designing, procurement process, Insurance and shipping materials, construction, testing equipment, including electrical and mechanical; (2) To search capital (loans) of 85% of the project cost through The Financing Bank of China in the Buyer’s Credit under guarantees of Sinosure and the approval of the government of China and the Government of Lao P.D.R.
