EDL-Gen Signed Memorandum of Understanding on 330 MW Xekong 5 Hydropower Project

On 8^th Sep 2016, at President’s Office (Hor Kham), there was MOU Signing Ceremony between EDL Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen), INTER RAO – Engineering, and A-RKSENA Limited Liability Company on 330MW Xekong 5 Hydropower Project, witness by the President of Lao PDR and Prime Minister of Russia together with invited quests from both parties.
